Sound Healing & Guided Meditation Class

Service Description

Elisa Hudson guides a beautiful and powerful 30-45 minute sound healing and guided meditation class to start and end your week with grounding, connection and intention. Monday evenings 6:30pm Thursday evenings 5:45pm An 'unlimited meditation class pass' is available for $85, valid for 1 month. or $20 drop-in casual class pass. Elisa will invite you to take a seat or lay down with blankets and cushions (all equipment provided) and support you through a themed guided meditation that allows you to tune into your intuition and strengthen your awareness and connection to Self. Anyone and everyone welcome.

Cancellation Policy

We request a minimum of 24 hours notice should you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment. PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL. Please contact your therapist directly to cancel or rebook, or text/call The Landing Space on 0404861286. Failure to do so will result in your deposit being forfeited. COVID-19 DISCLOSURE If you are feeling unwell leading up to or on the day of your appointment, we ask that you please reschedule to protect our staff and other clients during this time. If you have been in close contact with anyone that has COVID-19 or you have been tested for COVID-19 leading up to your treatment we will require you to avoid coming to The Landing Space and please reschedule without losing your deposit.
