Performed as an integrated therapy approach Clinical Hypnotherapy + Strategic Psychotherapy is a highly effective form of therapy that sees the therapist lead the process of identifying behavioural patterns that may be forming, or formed, in relation to a specific condition, situation, problem or a restricted belief. Clinical hypnotherapy can be used to treat many complex conditions such as ANXIETY, ADDICTION, FEARS or PHOBIAS, PERFORMANCE ISSUES, PAIN MANAGEMENT anything that has you FEELING STUCK in your life. A key factor in Strategic Psychotherapy is to assist the client in identifying the patterns or behaviours that they are engaging in that keeps or supports their issue to ultimately continue. Clinical Hypnotherapy is process of inducing a deep and trance-like state in which the client experiences heightened sense of focus and concentration. Linton creates one off Hypnotherapy sessions for you every single time, he does not use scripts nor hypnotherapy readings, everything is formed in relation to you and your life experience. Clinical Hypnotherapy + Strategic Psychotherapy is suitable for most clients over the age of 12 years old. (A parent or guardian will be required to be present for Hypnotherapy sessions for minors). You will be provided with a recording of all your Hypnotherapy to listen to between appointments. Clients will generally require between 4-6 sessions in total. Initial Session: In this session we start to unpack your concerns and immediately commence reforming beliefs and behaviours from our very first appointment. All sessions include a combination therapy of Strategic Psychotherapy + Clinical Hypnotherapy.

Cancellation Policy

We request a minimum of 24 hours notice should you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment. PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL. Please contact your therapist directly to cancel or rebook, or text/call The Landing Space on 0404861286. Failure to do so will result in your deposit being forfeited. COVID-19 DISCLOSURE If you are feeling unwell leading up to or on the day of your appointment, we ask that you please reschedule to protect our staff and other clients during this time. If you have been in close contact with anyone that has COVID-19 or you have been tested for COVID-19 leading up to your treatment we will require you to avoid coming to The Landing Space and please reschedule without losing your deposit.
