Cancellation Policy

We request a minimum of 24 hours notice should you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment. PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL. Please contact your therapist directly to cancel or rebook, or text/call The Landing Space on 0404861286. Failure to do so will result in your deposit being forfeited. COVID-19 DISCLOSURE If you are feeling unwell leading up to or on the day of your appointment, we ask that you please reschedule to protect our staff and other clients during this time. If you have been in close contact with anyone that has COVID-19 or you have been tested for COVID-19 leading up to your treatment we will require you to avoid coming to The Landing Space and please reschedule without losing your deposit.
